The PhysiTech Program – the fun way to learn physics, science, and mechanics!
How does a Ferris wheel work at the funfair? How can a car move without fuel? How does a crane lift heavy loads so high?
The laws of physics are always at work — on us and everything around us. Those who understand them gain a deeper way to see and experience the world.
What do we learn in PhysiTech?
In our program, children explore the principles of physics and mechanics by building mechanical and motorised models that demonstrate how the world works.
They also learn about:
Physics principles
Engineering
Mechanics
How does it work?
- Our programs are organised in small groups of 10 to 15 students, ensuring personal attention and individual guidance.
- Throughout the program, children build around 10 unique and exciting models each year — each demonstrating a different physical principle.
- Each session is led by a qualified instructor and includes an interactive presentation that explain and demonstrate the theory in a clear, engaging way.
- At the end of each model, you’ll receive a message letting you know your child has completed their build — along with a link to our Parents & Kids zone, where you can continue exploring and learning together.
What do children learn in the PhysiTech program?
What else should you know?
- Sessions take place once a week at a fixed day and time, held at your local school or community centre.
- All our instructors have teaching experience and a genuine love for working with children.
- At the end of each project, every child takes their completed model home.
- The program helps children develop skills such as personal and social growth, creative thinking, planning, precision, problem-solving, and process organisation.
- The program encourages social skills such as cooperation, teamwork, healthy competition, and mutual support.
- Through building and understanding the structure of each model, children greatly improve their fine motor skills and are introduced to a wide range of technological interests.
- From session to session, the models become increasingly complex and sophisticated.
Parents Share Their Experience
The dedication, care, and personal attention made the experience truly special. We loved seeing our child come home with a new model each week and watching the steady progress from one session to the next.
The PhysiTech program has been brilliant. My son comes home excited after every session, and I can really see his confidence and curiosity growing. The models they build are impressive, and he doesn’t stop talking about what he learned. Truly a great experience.
This year, the PhysiTech program started at our child’s school, and it’s been beyond expectations — for both our child and for us as parents. It’s great to know there’s real educational value behind all the fun.
